How To Remove Makeup Properly
Mastering the art of makeup is one thing, but do you know how to apply your makeup properly? Many times, we forget to clean our face properly and makeup removal is necessary to let our skin breathe to avoid the appearance of imperfections such as pimples, blackheads or wrinkles.
If your type of skin is dry, we suggest avoiding soaps to opt for oils. If your skin is mixed, we suggest makeup removal creams. For those who have oily skin, it is best to use a cleansing gel.
Eyes are the most sensitive part of the face which you should clean first. Apply your makeup remover on a cotton towel and massage this area without pressing too hard. To properly remove eye makeup we suggest you start with the eyeliner, then the shadow, and finally by the tabs, wiping gently from the inside out.
Although often we forget, it is also necessary. You can use the same product that you removed your eye makeup but with another cotton. We recommend doing so from the corner of your mouth outwards, using a circular motion.
Face and Neck
It is crucial to remove dead skin cells, dust, and other impurities from the face and neck. Cleanse the T-zone including the forehead, nose, down your cheeks, and neck.
